Luba graduated from UCLA a year early in 2013 with a desire to become a sports agent because, being an experienced gymnast herself, she always had a passion for helping individual athletes. Luba became interested in becoming an MLB agent because she noticed baseball was falling behind the NBA and NFL in audience investment, and she wanted to help change that outlook. While wanting to be valued as an agent, she understood something significant had to set her apart in the baseball industry. So Luba went to Pepperdine Caruso School of Law in Malibu, Calif., earned a law degree, passed the bar and became a sports attorney by 2016.
