December 4, 2015 --  Pepperdine Law Professor Kristine Knaplund commented in an article about the health directive signed by 92-year old Summer Redstone, Chairman of Viacom and CBS, giving control of his health care decisions to Philippe Dauman, Chief Executive Officer of Viacom. Professor Knaplund is an Academic Fellow at the American College of Trust & Estate Counsel and Editor of the ACTEC Law Journal.
