Professor Tom Stipanowich Presents "Full Service Arbitrators? Mixed Mode Arbitration--Fact and Fiction" -- College of Commercial Arbitrators

Professor Thomas J. Stipanowich presented "Full Service Arbitrators? Mixed Mode Arbitration--Fact and Fiction" at the College of Commercial Arbitrators annual meeting. Professor Stipanowich's plenary presentation summarized key guidelines for the interplay between mediation and arbitration developed by the Task Force on Mixed Mode Dispute Resolution. The task force is cosponsored by Pepperdine's Straus Institute along with the College of Commercial Arbitrators and the International Mediation Institute. The annual meeting took place on October 15 in Scottsdale, Arizona.
