"From HR to supply chain and strategic management, collaboration has consistently realized tangible benefits. The outliers, seemingly entrenched in adversarialism, remain politics and litigation. This program identifies and untangles the complex web of competing interests, needs and wants of international businesses in balancing competing stakeholder interests. By defusing conflict, encouraging dialogue, and harnessing collective knowledge, organizations can tune out the noise and free-up resources to focus on the challenges ahead."
