Professor Maureen Weston Presents "US Sports Dispute Resolution and Arbitration" -- International Arbitration Webinar

Professor Maureen A. Weston presented "US Sports Dispute Resolution & Arbitration, " regarding the US approach to resolving sports disputes, for an international webinar on the Arbitration Channel. The program, titled "Sport Arbitration: A Comparative Analysis," also featured Brazilian sports attorney Bichara Neto of Neto & Motta Abogado, and Pepperdine Caruso Law alumnus and adjunct professor Jair Gevard, FCIA.

The panel was moderated by Loyola Law School adjunct professor Faraz Shahlaei, and was hosted by the Brazilian Center for Mediation & Arbitration.
