Professor Maureen Weston Presents "Arbitration Law Developments 2020-21" -- ABA Dispute Resolution Conference

Professor Maureen Arellano Weston presented "Arbitration Law Developments 2020-21" at the American Bar Association Section on Dispute Resolution Spring 2021 Conference. Professor Weston joined with arbitrators Barbara Reeves of JAMS, Jim Madison of Charter of Commercial Arbitrators, and Ron Aronovsky of Southwestern Law School, to present an overview of developments in arbitration caselaw, legislation, and practice for the 2020-21 term.

The ABA conference, titled "Agility, Disruption and Reinvention: ADR in a New World," took place on April 14-17.
