Professor Eric Rassbach Presents "Freedom of Religion and Freedom of Speech" -- Jagiellonian University

Professor Eric Rassbach spoke at a conference at Jagiellonian University in Krakow, Poland, on a panel titled "Freedom of Religion and Freedom of Speech" on May 17. The panel was part of a two-day conference, "Religious Freedom: Comparing Transatlantic Approaches" that included presentations by faculty from Pepperdine, Jagiellonian, Harvard, the University of Coimbra, and others. In his presentation, Professor Rassbach spoke about the interplay of Free Exercise Clause and Free Speech Clause protections in recent and pending United States Supreme Court cases.

Jagiellonian University is one of the oldest universities in the world, having been founded in 1364; it counts Nicholas Copernicus among its alumni.
