Pepperdine Caruso Law Congratulates Arish Gill, Jesse Aston, and Jake Porath

Pepperdine Caruso Law is pleased to congratulate Arish Gill, Jesse Aston, and Jake Porath for post-graduate employment success!

Arish Gill will be a first-year associate at Sullivan McGregor & Doerr LLP. Arish earned the position after working at the law firm over summer as a law clerk. He initially received the law clerk position by calling the firm, which led to an interview.

Jesse Aston came to Caruso Law hoping to secure a commission as a JAG in the Marine Corps. He joined a candidate pool based in Goleta and competed for an open spot at Officer Commissioning School, a 10 week training program that screens and evaluates for fitness to be a Marine Officer. Jesse will be trained as a provisional rifle platoon commander before specializing as a lawyer. He is currently on reserve status until he completes law school and the bar exam.  Then he will go to Quantico, Virginia for additional training before he starts his first deployment.

Jake Porath will be an incoming associate at Alston & Bird in their Real Estate Finance and Investment Group. Jake will practice in the firm's Los Angeles office.
