Jon Derby (JD '04), Counsel to Secure Justice, speaks about victim advocacy in India
Mon, Oct. 5, 2015 -- Jonathan Derby (JD '04), who founded Counsel to Secure Justice, spoke to Professor Jim Gash and a group of over thirty students about his organization's efforts to advocate justice for the victims of sexual and other violence in Dehli, India. CSJ was recently awarded a large grant to expand their efforts and now employs over twenty staff, most of them local attorneys. Jon's visit was hosted by the Nootbaar Institute, which has provided support for CSJ.
