Professor Shultz is a highly experienced conflict consultant and attorney, having provided 20 years of service as a Mediator, Consultant, Coach, Facilitator, and Contract Ombudsman. She has worked on in-house conflict resolution designs for FedEx, Home Depot, Allies for Children, and the Nevada OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Administration). She also provides both basic and advanced mediation and conflict competency training for organizations and corporations, as well as at the law school level. Professor Shultz is currently an adjunct professor teaching various dispute resolution courses at Pepperdine’s Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution and is the Director of The Conflict Lab.

Lunch will be provided, and questions are welcomed. Note that questions submitted through the registration form will be given priority. Please include any dietary restrictions that you would like us to be aware of.
