Bob Cochran and Jim Gash present at Christian Legal Society Conference

October 25, 2016 -- Pepperdine law professors Bob Cochran and Jim Gash made presentations at the Christian Legal Society National Conference, titled "The Call of Christians in the Law," that was held on October 20-23 in Washington, D.C.  Nineteen students from Pepperdine Law attended the conference.

The Christian Legal Scholar's Symposium component of the conference was built around Professor Cochran's book, Law and the Bible: Justice, Mercy, and Legal Institutions (2013).  Professor Cochran delivered a luncheon speech on the book and later presented The Kingdom of God, Law, and the Heart: Jesus and the Civil Law as part of an afternoon panel on Jesus, Paul, and the Civil Law.

Professor Gash presented the Remand film and held a book signing event for his book, Divine Collision (2016).
