Babette Boliek and Derek Muller participate in "First Amendment and the Administrative State"

November 3, 2017 -- Professors Babette E. Boliek and Derek Muller participated in a roundtable presentation, titled "First Amendment in the Administrative State," at the Antonin Scalia Law School at George Mason University. The presentation, held on October 27, was sponsored by the Center for the Study of the Administrative State.
