2016 National Basketball Negotiation Competition

Pepperdine Law students Christopher Filer and Neil Patel competed in the 2016 National Basketball Negotiation Competition at Fordham Law School.  This competition challenges students to use different negotiation tactics and analytic skills in real situations that occur in the NBA.  This can include free agent signings, trades, union negotiations, and potential sponsorships.  The competition this year was judged by attorneys who have made a living through negotiation and people who are involved in the NBA.
