Interview Programs
The Career Development Office hosts three interview programs (sometimes called on-campus interviews, or OCIs) annually. Through these programs, hundreds of employers interview and hire Pepperdine students. Prior to each program, students will receive emails detailing how to participate. Learn about each of the three programs below.
Fall Legal Interview Program (FLIP)
The Fall Legal Interview Program typically takes place in September. Through this program, employers solicit applications for summer positions for the following year, post-bar positions for the following year, or part-time positions during the school year.
Spring Interview Program (SIP)
The Spring Interview Program typically takes place in March. Through this program, employers solicit applications for summer positions and post-bar positions.
Early Interview Week (EIW)
Early Interview Week typically takes place in July. Through this program, large law firms (often called “BigLaw”) collect applications from rising 2Ls for summer associate leading to post-graduate positions and rising 3Ls for post-graduate positions.
