Spring Interview Program (SIP) 2024

The Career Development team invites employers to participate in our upcoming Spring Interview Program (SIP). Through this program, your organization can collect applications from and interview current 1Ls and 2Ls for a summer 2024 or fall 2024 opportunity, and current 3Ls for post-bar law clerk/associate positions. 

SIP will be executed in a hybrid format. Virtual interviews will be available on March 11, 12, 13 and 15 while Thursday, March 14 will be dedicated exclusively to conducting in-person interviews. The Caruso School of Law is excited to welcome employers to our beautiful Malibu campus to speak face-to-face with the next generation of legal professionals! Lunch with Dean Paul Caron will also be provided for all employers who conduct interviews in-person on March 14.

In-person interviews on Thursday, March 14 are first-come, first-served, and limited to the first eight employers who register for that day. Employers who register for in-person interviews on March 14 will not be able to cancel, modify, or reschedule their registration after Monday, February 19, 2024.

There is no charge to participate. If you are unable to participate in the virtual or in-person interviewing formats, you may opt to participate via Resume Collect. You may then coordinate interviews with potential candidates at your own convenience.
