Seth Wilen (JD '98) Receives Presidential Award for Exports

June 18, 2018 | Pepperdine Law alumnus Seth Merrick Wilen (JD '98), President and CEO of American Trading International, Inc., received the President's "E" Star Award for Exports. Wilen was presented with the award by U.S. Secretary of Commerce Wilbur Ross and other members of Congress at a special ceremony held at the U.S. Department of Commerce on May 21. The award is the highest recognition a U.S. entity can receive for making a significant contribution to the expansion of U.S. exports.

ATI's achievements have undoubtedly contributed to national export expansion efforts that support the U.S. economy and create American jobs," said U.S. Secretary of Commerce Wilbur Ross in his congratulatory letter to the company announcing its selection.
