"ATI has demonstrated a sustained commitment to export expansion. The 'E' Awards Committee was very impressed with ATI's tremendous growth since receiving the President's 'E' Award in 2012 with exports to more than 80 traditional and emerging markets. The company's development of a private label protocol to support exports was also particularly notable. ATI's achievements have undoubtedly contributed to national export expansion efforts that support the U.S. economy and create American jobs," said U.S. Secretary of Commerce Wilbur Ross in his congratulatory letter to the company announcing its selection.

Established in 1995, American Trading International, Inc. is a California -based exporter, with 100% focus on international exports of U.S.-manufactured processed foods and beverages.

"Exporting plays a vital role in strengthening the U.S. economy," said Mr. Seth Merrick Wilen, President and CEO of American Trading International, Inc. "Consumers in overseas markets desire quality American products at affordable prices and it is an honor to receive the President's "E" Star Award for our continued export success around the world."
