National Business Law Scholars Conference: Rob Anderson and Victoria Schwartz present papers

June 24, 2016 -- Pepperdine Law professors Robert Anderson and Victoria Schwartz presented papers at the seventh annual meeting of the National Business Law Scholars Conference, held at the University of Chicago Law School on June 23-24. Professor Anderson presented "The Inefficient Evolution of Merger Agreements," George Washington Law Review (forthcoming 2016) (SSRN), as part of a panel on Mergers and Acquisitions.  Professor Schwartz presented "The Celebrity Stock Market" as part of a panel on Hot Topics in Securities Regulation.
