Reflecting on 2015 Mediating the Litigated Case in Washington, D.C.

September 24, 2015 -- The Straus Institute held the fifth Mediating the Litigated Case program at Pepperdine's Washington, D.C., facility on September 17-19 and 21-23, 2015.  Thirty participants, including representatives from Vietnam, China and France as well as 14 states attended the program.  Stephanie Blondell, Assistant Director at the Straus Institute was the lead trainer along with co-trainers Denise Madigan, Madigan ADR, and Jim Craven, Evans Craven & Lackie.

This was an exceptional group in skill and character; they bonded deeply and created not only from the front of the classroom but from the floor. Participants even got a bonus with several getting to see the Pope's caravan!

One of the participants commented: "This was the best CLE training I have ever attended and the reason is the faculty.  Fun, competent, interesting, organized are just a few words – but overall – effective.  I learned a lot.  Very, very talented teachers."
