Professor Maureen Weston Appointed to United States Olympic and Paralympic Commitee Arbitrator Roster

Professor Maureen A. Weston has been appointed to the United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee (USOPC) arbitrator roster. The arbitrators hear participation and compliance disputes arising under the Ted Stevens Olympic and Amateur Sports Act and USOPC bylaws, policies, and procedures. Professor Weston will serve as an arbitrator for expedited arbitration hearings involving Olympic Athlete Selection Disputes for the upcoming 2024 Summer Olympic Games in Paris.
