Randy Peak (JD '94) Joins DLA Piper's Healthcare Sector and Corporate Practice

April 26, 2019 | Pepperdine Law alumnus K. Randolph (Randy) Peak (JD '94) has joined DLA Piper's healthcare sector and corporate practice as a partner in the firm's Dallas office.

From the DLA Piper press release:

Before entering private practice, Peak served as general counsel for an internationally recognized health system and academic medical center, and previously served as deputy general counsel for one of the largest healthcare group purchasing organizations in the US. Peak's significant in-house experience in corporate and healthcare provider environments affords him unique perspective and insight when providing legal counsel and regulatory advice to industry leaders and innovators.

Peak, who joins from a national law firm, received his J.D. from Pepperdine University School of Law and B.A. degrees from both the University of Texas at Austin and the University of Texas at Dallas.
