Professor Trey Childress Attends Meeting of US State Department Advisory Committee on International Law

Professor Donald Earl "Trey" Childress attended a meeting of US State Department's Advisory Committee on International Law on December 1.  The committee, which advises the State Department on the practice of international law, is composed of leading scholars and practitioners in the field. Among other matters, the committee discussed the Russia-Ukraine conflict and the International Law Commission's work on general principles of law.

Professor Childress also serves on the US State Department's Advisory Committee on Private International Law.
