Professor Tom Stipanowich Presents "Insights on Mediator Practices and Perceptions" -- Florida Dispute Resolution Center Annual Conference

Professor Thomas J. Stipanowich presented the keynote address, "Insights on Mediator Practices and Perceptions," at the Florida Dispute Resolution Center's 31st Annual Conference. Professor Stipanowich summarized recent empirical studies, including the Straus Institute's collaborative survey of members of the International Academy of Mediators, regarding differing perspectives and practices regard the use of joint sessions and caucuses in mediation.

The annual dispute resolution conference, titled "Helping You Help Others Resolve Disputes," took place on August 4.
