Professor Thomas J. Stipanowich presented "Combinations and Permutations: Creating a Solution-Driven Dispute Resolution Process" at the Fordham School of Law Conference on International Arbitration and Mediation that took place on November 20. The conference was part of New York International Arbitration Week.

The conference was attended by 250 participants from all over the world. The program highlighted the work of the International Task Force on Mixed Mode Dispute Resolution, of which the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution is one of three sponsors, along with the College of Commercial Arbitrators and the International Mediation Institute.
