Professor Sukhsimranjit Singh Speaks at Mechanics of Mediation Conference in Canada

Professor Sukhsimranjit Singh spoke at the Mechanics of Mediation Conference hosted by the International Academy of Mediators, York University - Osgoode Hall Law School, and the Winkler Institute for Dispute Resolution. The event took place on May 11, 2023 and brought together distinguished speakers and mediators including Straus adjunct professor Steve Paul, Orit Asnin, Marie Henein, Wendy Kramer, Bernard Morrow, and Jon Fidler. 

Professor Singh spoke on the panel, “Preparing Parties for the Highly Sensitive Case,” along with litigator Marie Henein and their conversation was moderated by J. Jay Rudolph. This panel fit within the overall conference theme of how preparation creates success in dispute resolution and mediation.
