Professor Mary Hoopes Presents "Failing Marginalized Workers: What OSHA Can Learn from the EEOC’s Work on Behalf of Farmworkers" -- Law and Society Association Annual Meeting

Professor Mary S. Hoopes presented "Failing Marginalized Workers: What OSHA Can Learn from the EEOC’s Work on Behalf of Farmworkers" at the Law & Society Association 2023 Annual Meeting. Professor Hoopes discussed the Equal Opportunity Commission's (EEOC) innovative approach to protecting farmworkers, which is the subject of her law review article, "Regulating Marginalized Labor," 73 Hastings L.J. 1041 (2022) (SSRN).

The annual meeting, titled "Separate and Unequal," took place in San Juan, Puerto Rico on June 1-4.
