Professor Jennifer Koh, "Department of Homeland Security v. Regents, Rewritten" -- Feminist Judgments: Immigration Law Opinions Rewritten

Professor Jennifer Lee Koh's book chapter, "Department of Homeland Security v. Regents, Rewritten," is published in Feminist Judgments: Immigration Law Opinions Rewritten. The book chapter rewrites the Supreme Court's majority opinion in Department Homeland Security v. Regents from a social justice and equity perspective. In the Regents case, the plaintiffs challenged the executive branch's efforts to rescind Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) for certain young people who lack formal immigration status and came to the United States as children.
