Professor Helen Winter Presents "Strengthening Bonds Within an International Cohort" -- Harvard Law School

Professor Helen Winter presented "Strengthening Bonds Within an International Cohort," followed by an interactive workshop at Harvard Law School, with 190 new LLM students from around the world in attendance as part of their orientation. Professor Winter spoke about strengthening bonds within an international cohort and presented strategies for reducing bias based on her and David Hoffman's research, "Follow the Science: Proven Strategies for Reducing Unconscious Bias." Their scholarly article on this topic was recently published in the Harvard Negotiation Law Review. The students were very engaged and showed great interest in the research and exercises designed to build connections and foster empathy across cultures.
