Professor Colleen P. Graffy presented "We Can. But Should We? Exploring Outer Space," at the British-American Project Conference. Professor Graffy gave an overview of international law and outer space and the current efforts to establish whether there are property rights in excavated extra-terrestrial mining. She presented along with NASA's senior policy advisor and legislative liaison for the Moon to Mars Program.

The conference took place on November 8 in Atlanta, Georgia.
