Professor Colleen Graffy Presents "The Role of Sanctions in Moderating Russian Federation Behavior" -- American Society of International Law

Professor Colleen P. Graffy was the international co-chair of a roundtable workshop on "The Role of Sanctions in Moderating Russian Federation Behavior" in Lviv, Ukraine. The program was part of a four-day conference co-sponsored by the American Society of International Law and the Ukrainian Association of International Law.

The conference also marked the 75th Anniversary of the Genocide Convention and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
