Professor Alan Nissel Presents Update to 2020 Mixed Use Overlay Zone to City of Beverly Hills

Professor Alan Nissel submitted a memo to the City of Beverly Hills on updating its 2020 Mixed Use Overlay Zone to bring it into compliance with state housing laws on behalf of the Beverly Hills Initiative for Reasonable Development (BHIRD). Nissel is the co-founder of BHIRD.
