Pepperdine Caruso Law Congratulates Michael Elterman, Troy Guglielmo, and Megan Hamilton
Pepperdine Caruso Law is pleased to congratulate Michael Elterman, Troy Guglielmo, and Megan Hamilton for post-graduate employment success!
Michael Elterman will be working as an attorney with Abir Cohen Trezon Salo LLP. He acquired the position through networking and his own initiative. Before coming to Caruso Law, Michael worked as a paralegal for several years. While in law school, he focused on networking to set himself up for a job. Michael found out about the firm through a friend and mentor who gave him a great recommendation, then his skills and personality got him the job. The firm didn't have a position that needed to filled, but the partners made one for Michael because they know he will succeed.
Troy Guglielmo will be working as a Global Transportation finance associate at Vedder Price. He will join the firm's Dallas office beginning in September. Troy acquired the position by contacting the managing partner of the Dallas office and traveling to Dallas to meet with him. Troy then interviewed with other partners from the firm's Chicago office both in person and remotely as part of the overall interview process.
Megan Hamilton will be working as a corporate associate at Akin Gump in Dallas. She spent the summer as a summer associate, and accepted an offer to return after taking the bar exam. Caruso Law alumni director Jessie Fahy provided Megan with a list of alumni to connect with in Texas. Megan originally interviewed with the firm thanks to Caruso Law alumnus Ryan Anderson ('17) who connected her with the recruiting team.
Congratulations to Michael, Troy, and Megan for their well-earned positions!
