Pepperdine Caruso Law Congratulates Katelyn Dykhouse

Pepperdine Caruso Law is delighted to congratulate its recent bell-ringer in recognition of post-graduate employment success, Katelyn Dykhouse! Katelyn was joined in the happy celebration by Dean Paul Caron and Courtney Caron, Assistant Dean Laine Kontos, directors and members of the Career Development Office, Administration Offices, and Deans' Suite, and many of Katelyn's friends and colleagues. Prior to ring the bell, Kaitlyn thanked her law school friends in attendance, particularly Gabe Arrendondo for encouraging her to apply to the position!

Katelyn has accepted a post-bar clerkship position in the San Mateo District Attorney’s office. Clerks handle felony cases in the District Attorney’s main office in Redwood City.

Katelyn received a bachelor's degree in business administration from Liberty University, and came to law school intending to pursue a career in public service. During her time at Caruso Law, Katelyn served as an extern for Judge Winmill in the District of Idaho during her 1L summer. After her 2L year, she worked as a clerk in the Criminal Appeals division of the U.S. Attorney’s Office in San Diego.  She currently serves as an Associate Editor on the Pepperdine Law Review.

Katelyn is very grateful for the help of Dean Kontos in the Career Development Office, her supportive friends, and her future colleague Gabe Arredondo.

Congratulations to Katelyn!
