National Lawyers Guild "LA 92" Documentary Registration | September 9

The National Lawyers Guild at Pepperdine Caruso Law is hosting Episode 2 of their Underground Beat Series on Wednesday, Sept. 9th. They will be discussing the National Geographic documentary film "LA 92," a 2017 documentary film about the 1992 Los Angeles riots. In 1992, four police officers, charged with using excessive force in arresting black motorist, Rodney King, were acquitted. "LA 92" examines the aftermath of the acquittal "through stunning and rarely seen footage." It has a 97% rating on Rotten Tomatoes. The documentary is available on Netflix, Hulu, and YouTube.
