Maureen Weston presents "Public Perceptions and ADR Viability" at Ohio State Symposium

November 29, 2016 | By Kylie Larkin -- Professor Maureen Weston presented "Public Perceptions and ADR Viability: Ethical Landmines to Navigate in the Next Frontier of Private Dispute Resolution" at the Ohio State Journal on Dispute Resolution Annual Symposium on November 4, 2016, in Columbus, Ohio.  The symposium, titled "Philosophy, Technology, and ADR: Examining Development in Dispute Resolution Systems," was held on November 4.

In other recent activities, Professor Weston presented "Heeding Laudato Si's Call to Action through Dispute Resolution" at a Fordham Dispute Resolution Society Annual ADR Symposium titled "Conflicts and Laudato Si" on November 2 (more at fordham.edu); and "Mediation Advocacy in Sports Industry Cases," at the Sports Lawyers Association/JAMS conference in Los Angeles on October 20 (more at jamsadr.com).
