Kevin Hempy Receives Equal Justice Works Fellowship

Pepperdine Caruso Law student Kevin Hempy from the graduating class of 2020 has received an Equal Justice Works Fellowship, one of the most prestigious and competitive post-graduate legal fellowships in the country. Hempy was selected from over 432 applicants as one of 78 public interest lawyers who will serve at legal services organizations across the nation to increase equal access to justice.  Hempy will be working with Prairie State Legal Services over the course of two years on a project addressing workers' rights. He was welcomed today by the Equal Justice Works in a tribute to the members of the 2020 Class of Fellows via Twitter.
