JD/MBA candidate Kyser Blakely receives 2017 James Wilson Fellowship
July 6, 2017 | By Kylie Larkin -- Pepperdine Law JD/MBA candidate, Kyser S. Blakely, has been named a 2017 James Wilson Fellow by the James Wilson Institute on Natural Right and the American Founding, located in Washington, D.C.

Kyser Blakely is one of 15 recipients of the 2017 James Wilson Fellowship. He and the other Fellows will spend a week in Washington, D.C. studying the moral underpinnings of the law and the jurisprudence of natural rights. The seminars will be led by Founder and Director Professor Hadley Arkes as well as several other prominent legal scholars.
Kyser Blakely is a JD/MBA student at Pepperdine University. After graduating, he will serve as a law clerk to the Honorable Sandra Ikuta of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
