Pepperdine Caruso Law and Straus Institute alumni Nora Sassounian (JD/MDR '15) and Em Landon (JD/MDR '15) have launched Neutral Online Empowering Mediation (NOEM). NOEM is an online mediation business. Sassounian and Landon credit the Straus Mediation Clinic for helping them realize the power of alternative dispute resolution.
