Clare Lucich (JD '12) Named Partner at Bentley & More, LLP

January 18, 2018 | Pepperdine Law alumna Clare Lucich (JD '12) has been named the newest partner at Bentley & More, LLP. Lucich practices from the firm's office in Irvine, California.

Ms. Lucich has been with the firm since its inception in 2016 and her practice includes products liability, insurance bad faith, personal injury, and governmental claims. She has worked on a number of high profile cases and trials, including as one of the primary members of the trial team that secured: a $1.885 million products liability verdict, a $3.8 million government entity verdict, and a $7.6 million personal injury verdict. Ms. Lucich was also the lead associate of the litigation team that recently achieved a $30 million settlement for a woman who was catastrophically injured as a result of a trucking company's failure to properly maintain its fleet of vehicles.

After graduating from Pepperdine University School of Law, where she graduated magna cum laude, Ms. Lucich worked for two prominent law firms before joining Bentley & More, LLP. In 2016 and 2017, she was named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers Magazine. Ms. Lucich currently serves as a board member for the Consumer Attorneys of California.
