Ambassador Pierre-Richard Prosper (JD '89) Discusses War Crimes Investigation Process on National Public Radio

Pepperdine Caruso Law alumnus Ambassador Pierre-Richard Prosper (JD '89) discusses the war crimes investigation process on the National Public Radio State of Ukraine program, "Investigating Possible War Crimes, Invasion Highlights U.S. & Middle East Tensions." Ambassador Prosper served as a war crimes prosecutor and is currently a partner at Arent Fox, LLP, in Los Angeles.

From National Public Radio:

In the Ukrainian town of Bucha, dead bodies have been found along with mass graves after Russian forces withdrew from the area. This has drawn new allegations of war crimes committed by Russian forces. Former Ambassador Pierre-Richard Prosper was a war crimes prosecutor and lays out the investigation process.
