(UPDATED) Alexander Napolin (JD '11) who represented 24 children in dental clinic case, interviewed by CBS

March 30, 2017 | By Kylie Larkin -- Pepperdine Law alumnus Alexander Napolin (JD '11) represented 24 children on claims that they contracted dental infections after undergoing procedures at a clinic in Anaheim, California.  The case was recently featured on news stations KCAL channel 9, FOX channel 11, CNN, and CBS.  Napolin is an injury law attorney at NapolinLaw in Claremont, California.

Excerpt from the Orange Country Register:

An attorney for two dozen children who contracted serious infections after undergoing baby tooth root canals at an Anaheim clinic said Monday, standing outside Children's Dental Group, that one patient could require an artificial jaw.

Claremont attorney Alexander Napolin originally planned to demand patient records from the office on Monday, but said while he was on his way to the clinic, the company's attorney called to say the records would be sent to his office this week.

Instead, Napolin stood out front and spoke to reporters about the case.

"The records are extremely important for determining if the procedures were necessary," Napolin said. "We want to take a look at these records and have them reviewed by an expert."
