June 7, 2019 | Professor Thomas J.  Stipanowich spoke on "Construction Mediation: Best Practices for a Successful Outcome" at the 22nd Annual Canadian College of a Construction Lawyers Conference. The conference, titled "The Modern Construction Law Landscape," was held on May 30 - June 2 at Niagara-on-the-Lake in Ontario, Canada. About 130 lawyers and judges attended the annual meeting.
