Restoration and Justice Clinic Commends 2021 Summer Clerks

The Pepperdine Caruso Law Restoration and Justice clinic commends its 2021 summer clerks. Sarah Devaney, Shelby Bennett, Arish Gill, and John Mcpherson successfully represented two human trafficking clients. The clerks obtained court documents, negotiated with prosecutors, collaborated with organization out of state, filed pleadings, and quashed an active arrest warrant, which resulted in the underlying case being dismissed.
