Professors Jeffrey Baker and Tanya Cooper Participate in Clinical Legal Education Association 2021 New Clinicians Conference

Professors Jeffery R. Baker and Tanya Asim Cooper participated in the Clinical Legal Education Association (CLEA) 2021 New Clinicians Conference, a biennial conference offering resources for teaching and lawyering in clinics, orientation to the legal academy, opportunity for building networks, and ideas for improving clinical work. Professors Baker and Cooper served at small group facilitators. Professor Cooper led a group with Professor Erik Amarante from the University of Tennessee College of Law, and Professor Baker led a group with Professor Crisanne Hazen of Harvard Law School.

Professor Baker served on the organizing committee. He also presented a concurrent session on clinical teaching and practice in during crisis, with Professors Chrissy Cerniglia of Stetson, Sherley Cruz of Tennessee, Kendall Kerew of Georgia State, and Shobha Mahadev of Northwestern.
