Professor Victoria Schwartz Presents "Joint Privacy" -- M3 Intellectual Property Scholars Workshop

Professor Victoria L. Schwartz presented "Joint Privacy" at the M3 Intellectual Property Scholars Workshop.  The workshop was designed for mid-career Intellectual Property scholars. Professor Schwartz presented her paper that considers whether copyright doctrine for joint works of authorship should be imported to consider situations where privacy is jointly held.  The workshop had an intensive format where all the participants read their papers, and then each paper was extensively and substantively discussed by the group. The annual workshop was held remotely on December 3.
