On November 17, professor Donald Earl "Trey" Childress presented "Empirical Research and International Arbitration" on a panel at the 18th Annual Fordham Conference on International Arbitration. The panel discussed empirical research and international arbitration.
Among other topics, the panel discussed professor Childress and professor Jack J. Coe's forthcoming co-authored article on challenging and enforcing international arbitral awards in United States federal courts.
