Professor Trey Childress Presents "Provisional Measures at the International Court of Justice" -- Fordham Law

Professor Donald Earl (Trey) Childress presented "Provisional Measures at the International Court of Justice" on a panel at International Law Weekend, which was held at Fordham University School of Law in New York on October 10-12. The panel consisted of scholars and counsel who have appeared before the International Court of Justice to discuss the Court's provisional measures jurisprudence. Professor Childress appeared as one of several counsel on behalf of the United States in August 2018 in the provisional measures case, Islamic Republic of Iran v. United States of America, in The Hague, Netherlands.
