Professor Tom Stipanowich Presents "The Singapore Convention on Mediation: Ethics, Guidelines, or Standards" -- International Bar Association Conference

Professor Thomas J. Stipanowich presented "The Singapore Convention on Mediation: Ethics, Guidelines, or Standards," at the 2022 International Bar Association Annual Conference. Professor. Stipanowich joined a panel of lawyers and dispute resolution professionals to discuss the need for the development of standards for application of provisions of the Singapore Convention on enforcement of mediated settlement agreements. The conference took place in Miami, Florida, on October 30 to November 4.
