Professor Tom Stipanowich Presents "The Lincoln Way: New Insights for Our Time" -- New York Law School

Professor Thomas J. Stipanowich presented "The Lincoln Way: New Insights for Our Time" at New York Law School on February 17. Professor Stipanowich discussed his newest book project, titled "The Lincoln Way: New Insights for Our Time," including Abraham Lincoln's preference as a lawyer to avoid litigation and instead negotiate and arbitrate, and Lincoln's use of arbitration as a format for collaborative negotiation.
