Professor Tiffany Williams presented "Impact of Covid-19 on the Rule of Law and Sustainable Development Goal 5" at the 9th Annual International Research Conference, Symbiosis Law School, Pune, India. Professor Williams's remarks revealed the disparate impact that Covid-19 has had on women in the healthcare industry and the dangers of increased violence against women during the unique conditions of the pandemic, while presenting strategies and public policy recommendations to strengthen the rule of law and to further sustainable development goals aimed to advance women's equality. The conference was held remotely on March 12.
