Professor Sukhsimran Singh Speaks on Global Dispute Resolution, Apology and Forgiveness

Professor Sukhsimranjit Singh presented an address on Global Dispute Resolution, Apology and Forgiveness at a JAMS Foundation Conference in San Francisco on September 8. The presentation was delivered to the 2019 Weinstein International Foundation JAMS Fellows from twelve countries representing Kuwait, Pakistan, India, Nigeria, Albania, Cyprus, Romania, Spain, Kenya, Poland, the United States, and Hong Kong, and was sponsored by the JAMS Foundation.

Professor Singh also presented the keynote address on Commercial Law and Arbitration at the International Workshop on International Commercial Laws webinar. The International Workshop took place at the University Institute of Laws at Panjab University, and was delivered to an audience in India on August 30.
